Our Mission
Serving Immigrants Org is a collective of movement lawyers, advocates, and community allies providing direct immigration legal services and civil rights representation across the United States.
with a strong focus on empowering BIPOC, immigrant, women, and LGBTQ+ communities fighting for their freedom from detention and systemic injustice.
Our clients include detained activists, grassroots organizations developing community safety plans, students and academics targeted for exercising free speech, and immigrant families seeking justice for violations committed by federal agencies and private contractors including unlawful detentions, family separations, and deaths in ICE custody.
The Serving Immigrants Pro Bono Legal Network operates under an equitable pay and access model, offering low bono and pro bono legal representation made possible through individual donations, community partnerships, and volunteer advocates.
This initiative is expanding rapidly beginning in Miami, Florida. If you need legal assistance, we are here to help.
