is a collective of advocates, attorneys, and community members united under one mission:
providing free and low bono immigration legal services, cultivating community sanctuary spaces, and supporting grassroots projects that work to dismantle the systems of oppression that separate us from our collective joy and power.
» Unlike traditional charity-based or hierarchical structures, Serving Immigrants Org is community-centered and movement-driven. «
but to the people we serve. Our goal is to close the gap between social justice work and the lived realities of the communities most impacted by injustice.
We provide sliding-scale and pro bono representation, focusing on keeping immigrant families safe from detention, deportation, and the violence of systemic neglect.
We are also creating sanctuary spaces throughout the Southeast and beyond, spaces for healing, empowerment, and spiritual connection as acts of resistance. In partnership with grassroots organizations, we nurture seed funding for community-led projects grounded in justice, love, and self-determination.
Most importantly, this initiative represents a new model of power: one that grows from compassion, mutual care, and a shared commitment to justice reclaiming the ancestral strength and collective joy that oppressive systems have long sought to erase.
